Strict-selection General Item Return Policy
If you would like to cancel an item within 12 hours of purchase, please contact us via email and we will cancel it 100% free of charge. Please note that we cannot guarantee a return even if you email us within that time frame. If your order has already been processed, it is considered non refundable.
Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below. You MUST follow process below or we will not be able to process your refund or send replacement.
- Within 15 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- Replacements that are approved, will not have to pay shipping fees again.
- We do not accept returns of intimate apparels.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your photo or video will send you an email to notify you that we have received your feedback. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 30 day time frame.
Lost In Transit:
If your shipment shows as delivered to the shipping address that was provided on your purchase, we will not be able to issue you a refund because the item was delivered to your requested address.
